REQUIREMENTS:

• Everyone who is signing MUST be present.

• Witnesses cannot be a party to the instrument, must be of sound mind, and MUST be present.

• A valid government issued photo ID (Drivers License, State ID, or Passport) for each person signing.

• The ID must not be expired and must reflect the name printed on the document.

• The documents to be notarized must be completed entirely before notarization (no blanks).
